Refund and Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you don't love it, or there is a problem with what you ordered, let us know and we'll take care of it. You may return your mug within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or an exchange. Must be returned with original packing and be in good/unused condition.
If there is a problem with your mug, we may require a clear photo of the problem area for a quick resolution if applicable. Return postage is paid by the customer.
After your return is inspected and approved, we will provide a full refund. The refund will be processed and applied to the method of payment used to make the original order.
Please do not return any items without first contacting us so we can setup a return in our system. We'll provide you with the return address as well.
Customer is responsible for shipping when returning or exchanging a product.
